Orders

Q: I have a question regarding an order I placed. What is the best way to contact you?

A: The best way to contact us is by using the form on our Contact Us page.

Q: How can I cancel an order I placed?

A: Orders that haven't been shipped yet can be cancelled. Please contact us using our Contact Us page. If the order hasn't shipped, we will be able to cancel it. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders that have been shipped. Custom orders, such as wrist rests and cables, cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A: Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days, however this may be longer during busier times, such as around the holidays.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A: Shipping charges are calculated by the courier based on the weight of the package and your location. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50.

Q: What couriers do you use for shipping?

A: We currently use UPS and USPS.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently ship to most countries, but there are several that we do not ship to. If you are wondering if we ship to your country, please contact us using the Contact Us page.

Q: Who should I contact if my package is damaged or lost in transit?

A: Desk Cookies does not accept responsibility for packages damaged or lost in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier as they will be able to help you resolve the issue.

Q: Do you restock items that are out of stock?

A: Depending on the product, most items will be restocked.

A: Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to find out about upcoming products and product updates.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: We currently take custom orders for resin wrist rests. If you would like a custom wrist rest, please fill out the form on our Custom Resin Keyboard Wrist Rests page.
